Renewal of hydrochloric acid tank with prefab PP-lid

During this project, we oversaw the renewal of a hydrochloric acid tank. Due to frequent use, it was in need of refurbishment. Additionally, the hydrochloric acid itself had an effect on the tank.

On-site, we measured the existing and affected tank. We developed the prefab lid (fabricated from PP sheet material and stainless steel bolt sets) in our own workshop. We also implemented several changes to enable more efficient work. The assembly was carried out during a maintenance stop.
